How do we work ?

Well, we are structured differently than most Recruitment Agencies – We do not hire typical Recruitment Consultants as part of our business structure.

Instead we employ Non-Commission based Account Managers with Recruitment (in-house or agency) or HR experience to work closely with our clients to search for the right employees for our clients businesses, so each of our clients is allocated with a dedicated Account Manager that they work closely with, not a sales person.
