You will be responsible for Mainly B2C clients; FMCG (food and ecological cleaning products) and to a lesser extent automotive (cars), with particular emphasis on database marketing, CRM strategy and DM campaigns across all channels. The purpose of the role is to work within agency processes to be the senior contact for a diverse number of clients; to develop new client opportunities against sales targets and work strategically to add value to campaign planning. They are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and ambitious client handler with a “can do” attitude and a proven mix of strategic data management and below the line marketing communications gained in a similar marketing environment. The purpose of the role is to effectively manage all administration activities including telephony on post completion accounts in line with company policies and procedures.
The role holder will be required to deliver excellent levels of customer service ensuring the companies interests and reputation are protected at all times. Your key accountabilities will include contacting customers that are 1 – 3 months repayments in arrears on their existing mortgages or loans and negotiating with the borrower to bring the account back up to date, ensuring all communications are in line with company policies, standards and procedures, managing the flow of incoming and outgoing calls whilst working to daily targets, administering correspondence from borrowers and take the relevant action within agreed time-scales.
