WHAT IS RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING (RPO)?

Recruitment process outsourcing or RPO is where all, or part, of your recruitment activity is outsourced. This is a seamless extension of your business but affords all the benefits of being an expert, scalable and more efficient resource than you would be able to deliver yourselves. An RPO relationship could include; candidate attraction, screening, assessment, testing, psychometrics, interviews, offers, onboarding and far more. It might also be only one of these.

Our RPO is based on a fixed, periodic fee to manage the attrition within your business. A fixed, per head fee, for any minor or moderate growth. A job fee for large scale, volume recruitment. All of these include pre-agreed KPIs and our 3:1 hiring ratio (Every 3 CVs submitted results in 1 hire or more).
