WHAT IS RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING (RPO)?

Recruitment process outsourcing or RPO is where all, or part, of your recruitment activity is outsourced. This is a seamless extension of your business but affords all the benefits of being an expert, scalable and more efficient resource than you would be able to deliver yourselves. An RPO relationship could include; candidate attraction, screening, assessment, testing, psychometrics, interviews, offers, onboarding and far more. It might also be only one of these.

Ocean Consulting's RPO is based on a fixed, periodic fee to manage the attrition within your business. A fixed, per head fee, for any minor or moderate growth. A job fee for large scale, volume recruitment. All of these include pre-agreed KPIs and our 3:1 hiring ratio (Every 3 CVs submitted results in 1 hire or more).

HOW MUCH CAN I SAVE?

Most of our clients save 30-45% on their fees by switching to a RPO model and reduced their attrition levels by more than 50%. We hope you can judge the net contribution to your business on that basis. We offer further savings based on multi-year arrangements.

CAN I USE MY CURRENT SUPPLIERS?

Yes. We are set up to operate as your single source supplier and would integrate your other suppliers OR become part of your existing tiers and work within that structure.

Yes. We can manage any portion of your recruitment, roles for one department or several types of role across the business. We can offer separate costings for growth and volume recruitment so it doesn't impact your attrition costs. We can operate as your main supplier or as part of a network of suppliers. It normally involves a fixed monthly fee based on your headcount and attrition in combination with a fixed per head fee for any growth roles. (positions that are new or grow your headcount.)
