Our mission is to improve recruitment practice globally in a way that brings the right people into the right roles to the benefit of the individual and their employer.

By 2021 we will have;

  • Created a superior recruitment process that gets the right people into the right roles
  • Proven that our recruitment process is of benefit to the individual and their employer
  • Begun to share our recruitment process with education and employers globally

Our Values

We have chosen values at Ocean Consulting that embody the best of what we do day to day for our clients. In this way our service has become an extension of the people that work here and so it’s easier to be consistent and earnest in our work. These are our values:
