How do you structure your fees?

For a single hire we bill a percentage of the salary (excluding commission). We offer a rate discount based on frequency and consistency. Regular customers can agree a fixed fee per role. Managed service customers pay a monthly fee for attrition and a fixed fee for growth roles.
