About the job: To handle proactive outbound customer contact via the telephone with the intention of promoting, and ultimately acquiring new contracts. To meet specific hourly, daily, weekly and overall performance targets and standards as specified in the operational procedures manual. To attended and participate in team buzz sessions, led by the respective Team Leader, to positively challenge the previous day’s performance against KPIs. (KPIs will vary according to campaign). To attend one to ones with Team Leader to understand and discuss individual performance in line with aspirations and required KPIs and identify or plan a clear career path, aligned to BGHS account business development.
