Ocean Consulting work with Leaders & Managers of SME companies throughout the UK to provide personal & tailored training in either small or large groups, or in one to one executive coaching sessions. Our training is designed to equip business managers and leaders of all levels of experience and ability with the knowledge and skills to achieve their full potential and ultimately improve bottom line.
Our flexible approach means that our Leadership & Management training courses that are regularly delivered on a public basis at fixed locations can also be delivered 'in-house' or we can offer a more bespoke service of one to one or small group executive coaching to suit your needs, as we recognise, everyone’s needs are different & every business is completely unique.

All of our Leadership & Management Training Courses have been developed by specialist leaders in their relevant fields, bringing you a wealth of knowledge and most of all, experience, and are continually updated to reflect best practice & changing market trends. Our courses are designed to give you what you need in the most efficient and effective way and can be tailored to your business needs, enabling you to come away from
your training course with new skills & knowledge and with specific action plans that have been designed around you and your business needs.

Large Group Training
One Full Day On-Site Session £3650.00
(Up to 20 Delegates)
– After x 20 delegates, additional delegates are charged at £150.00 p/p)

Our bespoke training programmes can range from one off training events for whole departments/sector leaders to one to one executive coaching sessions, through to becoming a genuine training partner, working with our clients to create a training strategy for the long term.
