Bookings:
All booking information is confirmed by email to the email address provided when the booking is made. It is the responsibility of the recipient of the email to ensure that the attendees are informed
Payment:
A VAT invoice will be raised and sent at the time of booking (or confirmation of your company eligibility to gain funding if you are applying for funding to cover the costs of any of our courses). Payment becomes due at the time of booking (or eligibility confirmation date) and an Invoice will be raised to you at this time. Once your invoice has been released, payment is due immediately. We accept payments by bank transfer or cheque only.
Cancellations:
Should a delegate be unable to attend for whatever reason, a substitute participant is permitted to attend in the place of the original delegate & must be confirmed in writing 24 hours prior to the course. We do not accept cancellations within three weeks of the start date of the course. Due to a high demand for our courses and fairness to all our customers, we reserve the right to cancel any unpaid bookings.
Venues:
We reserve the right to change the venue where it does not complement our courses or will detract from your experience. We will contact you prior to the course to confirm the new venue details.
Quality:
We reserve the right to change course details where circumstances make this necessary or when it is considered that the changes will enhance the presentation. |
