Helen has worked in the learning and development field for over ten years as a trainer, coach and consultant.

She works with leadership teams and individuals in the business sector ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to board level directors. Her earlier career was spent in the Leisure Industry in the Middle East working as a Human Resources & Learning manager, where she headed projects working with over 2000 international employees and contractors.
