So, what is a talent bank exactly?

A talent bank is a selection that you formulate, of candidates that you feel are right for your business & who would ultimately be worth considering for interview when the time is right. You formulate this list whether you are recruiting or not, so that when you do come to recruit, you already have in mind a list of candidates you would like to speak to about your opportunity.

Now, it’s obvious that some of these candidates may not be available at the right time, which is why you formulate a list or a “Talent Bank” to select from, rather than starting from scratch…

Why are we doing this? Quite simply, because we can & we want you to feel completely confident that there are Recruitment Specialists that exist that are here to help & not after a fast buck!
